What do I do if I've lost something while attending the event? 

Lost belongings will be given to our lost and found at the Security booth. If you've lost an item after you leave the venue you can call security at 905-546-4002 to confirm we have your found item. If found you can visit us 24/7 to retrieve your item!

 

Where do I put my belongings and shoes while I’m going through the course?

You can leave your things at our staffed shoe/bag drop at the start of the course!

 

What time does the site open and close?

Friday, September 1 – 11am – 10pm

Saturday, September 2 – 11am – 12am

Sunday, September 3 – 11am – 9pm

What time should I arrive?

Our suggested time to enter is 30 minutes prior but you can arrive anytime before your time slot. This will give you enough time to scan your ticket for your wristband, sign the liability waiver, drop off your things at the bag/shoe drop, and get ready to experience The Monster!

 

How much does it cost?

Tickets are $25 excluding taxes and fees on Ticketmaster.ca!

 

Do I need to be really fit and strong to do the monster?

No, you can take it at your own pace and if you can’t do one of the obstacles, we’ll help you out. It’s all about having fun.


Can I take food and drink into the venue with me?

We have food and beverage available inside the venue and as such outside food and beverage are not allowed in the venue.

Where do I enter from?

What should I wear?

We would advise light and stretchy clothing to get the most out of your experience. At the end of the day The Monster is a physical obstacle course. You can wear jeans and a shirt if you want, but you’d be much better off in Active Wear! Yeah we said it - Active Wear! Shoes are not permitted on The Monster. You can wear socks, but you are better off bare-feet.

 

Is there parking available?

Can my child go through on their own?

Yes, but 5 – 7 year olds need a guardian to join them to help them get through the course.

 

Is there a height restriction?

Yes – you must be 1 meter tall to be able to run the obstacle course alone.

 

What can I take on the obstacle course?

 You should wear comfortable clothing and bring your sense of adventure! You will need to use our free coat check area to leave all bags, shoes, and other items as you enjoy the obstacle course. You are encouraged to bring as little with you as possible as storage is limited. Please note - we are not responsible for the loss or theft of any items.

 

Can I go through more than once?

Yes, you can go through as many times that is possible within your purchased time slot, there are many free arcade games and activities that you can experience after the course!

 

Is there a time slot where there are no kids?

Yes, we have an adult-only 19+ time frame on Saturday starting at 7 pm! Join us for some boozy drinks, free-play arcade games, and snacks before or after you run through the course! All other sessions are family-friendly sessions. 

 

What do I do if I don’t want to go through the course, but have children who do?

No, you do not have to go through the course if you don’t want to! We encourage you to enjoy the music, play some arcade games, sit in the ball pit with a beverage, and just have a good time while you wait for your group to finish the course!

 

Do I have to leave right when my session is over?

No, extend your stay and join us for a fun time playing the free-play arcade games like street fighter, racing car games, basketball toss, dome hockey and more! There are interactive games like tumbling towers and Giant connect for to keep you busy! Socialize with your friends and grab a drink from the bar and just hang out. It’s labour day long weekend – let’s make it fun!
