Dwayne Gretzky, Toronto’s cult favorite live music collective, is hitting the road this fall and bringing their celebration of the greatest songs of all time across Southwestern Ontario once again. The band’s string of tour dates will include stops in Ottawa, Kingston, London, Hamilton and Waterloo.
After the Big Shiny Dwayne 90s tour which saw multiple sold out dates, Dwayne Gretzky is excited to make their much anticipated return to these markets across Ontario. The band’s fall tour comes on the heels of two back-to-back “Dwayne 2000” shows at the Danforth Music Hall, which are already proving to be a smash success, as well as a weekend long Camp Dwayne festival in Haliburton, ON.
Concert goers that are 19 + can expect sets transcending both era and genre from this prodigiously talented collective of Toronto musicians - from Bowie to Beyoncé, Springsteen to Spears, The Supremes to The Strokes.
“The many members of Dwayne Gretzky dig into nostalgia as collectivism, uniting fans too young to have heard Manfred Mann and Fleetwood Mac live in their heyday by playing their hits with unironic energy and fidelity” - Richard Trapunski, NOW Magazine
