How YOU Doin'?

Core Entertainment has a customer service philosophy and catch phrase to be used with all of its teams, facilities and entities. Whenever you encounter a Core Entertainment employee they will greet you with “How YOU Doin’?” and a big smile. It’s all part of the company’s How YOU Doin'? (HYD) customer service initiative.

This customer service philosophy encourages all of its employees to engage in conversation with customers to not only assist them and make their experience more enjoyable, but for the company to gauge its performance.

Core Entertainment rewards its employees who excel in this customer service initiative with prizes and recognition. This recognition of employee excellence can come from both customers and fellow employees.

You are encouraged to participate in the customer service initiative by awarding "You Are Amazing" HYD cards to an employee who clearly exemplifies the service philosophy.  At the FirstOntario Centre, Cards can be picked up at the Guest Services desk on the main concourse behind Section 101. For FirstOntario Concert Hall and The Studio events, HYD cards are available at coat check or from any staff member.
